ACCOUNTING/HR
401K Management- Payroll for 7employees and HR basic duties (hires, vacations, days off, leaves) with help of a software.
- Process emails from customers and suppliers and rest of the team.
- Prepare and send invoices for clients.
- Be in charge of A/R and recovering cash from clients
- Daily bookkeeping with entry of:
1. Sales invoices
2. Purchase invoices

- Preparation of annual closing.
- Manage credit card and bank account.
- Manage contracts : insurances, leases (cars, offices …)
- Payment in respect of the deadlines: suppliers, taxes, salaries, expenses reports …
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting preferred or 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Wine industry accounting experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with monthly financial reporting, intercompanies, and general ledger
- Well versed in Excel and Quickbooks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, Excel, and e-mail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, customer service, and analytical skills
- Comfortable collaborating with outside bookkeeping consultants and tax accountants.
- Highly organized, while managing multiple projects and tasks associated with deadlines
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work with highly confidential information with complete confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work in office on site
Office Administrator (Part-time)
- Manage emails from customers and prepare quotes.
- Inventory management (entry or parts, control and update after sales)
