           CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:


           ACCOUNT MANAGER - WINE PACKAGING


          Identify and call on key people involved in purchasing wine capsules to solicit new business. 

          Make appointments and/or cold call target accounts to introduce yourself and promote our company.  Communicate what differentiates us from our competitors.  Show samples and review our product offerings, capabilities and service level.

          Manage existing accounts, establishing a strong relationship with key people.  Familiarize with current and future customer requirements.




          NEW!  LOGISTICS AND PLANNING MANAGER



          •Manage the weekly production schedule  to achieve requested delivery dates and incoming raw material availability.
          •Arrange and coordinate with  transportation providers and plants, both locally and globally, to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
          •Manage the correct shipping processes/paperwork folders to ensure best in class reporting
          •Manage the delivery of the correct level of raw materials with Company and vendors .
          •Manage external inventory warehouse process by reconciling monthly inventory counts against system inventory counts.




          NEW! PRODUTION AND WAREHOUSE LEADER



          •Leadership of the floor production team as per each shift  to deliver to KPI’s
          •Make safety a priority and champion a safety culture with shift teams and contractors.
          •Lead Near miss reporting
          •Lead and uphold mechanical and operational standards and specifications
          •Lead operators to provide best practice support across manufacturing and warehouse
          •Execute maintenance and manufacturing programme's for best in class delivery
          •Lead communication between the plant and Senior management – daily/weekly production report
